Terms of use

1. Who we are, and who can use Akhra

Akhra is made by Meer Md Estiyak Ahmed, an individual developer in Bogura, Bangladesh. "We" means Akhra. Contact: founder@akhra.app.

You must be at least 18 and give your real date of birth. We delete accounts of anyone under 18. You sign in with Google; one person, one account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

2. Training, health and safety

• Combat sports carry a real risk of injury. You train at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety and for training with qualified coaches.
• Akhra is not a medical app and gives no medical advice. See a doctor before hard training, if you have a health condition, or if pain continues.
• Weight: never cut weight fast or by dehydration; it can be dangerous. Make any weight change with a coach and a doctor. Akhra will never give extreme weight-cut instructions.
• Streaks and XP are there to motivate you, not to push you through pain. Rest when you are hurt. Treat the round timer as a helper only; do not rely on the app for safety.

3. Ranks are not belts

Akhra ranks, XP and badges come from what you log in the app. They are not a grade, belt, licence or qualification from any gym, federation or governing body, and must not be presented as one. A fight record you enter is your own claim unless it is marked as verified.

4. Your content and acceptable use

Your name, bio, photo, record and logs stay yours. You allow us to store and show them only to run Akhra, for example on your public page and share card when you make them public. Only post what you have the right to post. Your photo must show you, and nobody under 18.

Do not:

• pretend to be someone else, or use a fake record, gym or title;
• post hate, harassment, threats, sexual content, violence outside sport, or anyone else’s private information;
• cheat XP, streaks or invites, create several accounts, or abuse invite codes;
• spam, or sell anything through your profile;
• break the law, or hack, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the app or website.

Every public profile has a Report button; you can also email founder@akhra.app. We aim to review reports within 48 hours, and faster for anyone who may be under 18. We may hide or remove content, or suspend or delete an account, that breaks these terms. If you think we got it wrong, email us and we will look again.

5. A free service

• Akhra is free. This version has no payments, subscriptions or in-app purchases. If paid features come later, they will have their own terms.
• Features shown as "coming soon" are plans, not promises.
• Invites record who invited whom. This is not a promise of money, commission or any reward.
• The Akhra name, logo, app and website belong to us. Sounds and other third-party material are used under their own licences (see Settings, Legal in the app).

6. No guarantees, and our liability

We work hard to keep Akhra working and your data safe, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it is always available, error-free, or that data is never lost. Keep your own records of anything important.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for injuries from training, for decisions you make based on the app, for indirect losses, or for content posted by other users. Because Akhra is free, our total liability to you is limited to BDT 1,000. Nothing here limits liability the law does not allow us to limit, such as for fraud or for death or injury caused by our negligence.

7. Ending, changes and law

You can stop using Akhra and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, and we may close the service with reasonable notice in the app.

When we change these terms, the version above changes and the app asks you to accept the new version. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.

These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh decide disputes. If you live elsewhere, you keep any consumer rights your local law gives you. Please email us first: founder@akhra.app.
